A n c h o r i n g

Grab a journal, a piece of paper, a blanket or towel, and some  cushions.

Feel free to set your sacred space with anything else you like to drop into ritual with like candles, oils, flowers or an alter.

You can come back to this practice to;

- connect to your cyclical nature if you do not currently have a cycle

- provide a support system for yourself each day

- tap into the phases of the moon and plan each phase around how you feel

- book in for supportive practices or let loved ones know how your feeling in terms of support you need
