Feel free to set your sacred space with anything else you like to drop into ritual with like candles, oils, flowers or an alter.
You can come back to this practice daily to;
- track your cycle
- connect to your cyclical nature if you do not currently have a cycle
- provide a support system for yourself each day
- tap into your super powers and plan your day around how you feel
- anknowledge and process your emotions
- book in for supportive practices or let loved ones know how your feeling in terms of support you need
