Simplicity in the title, simplicity in the class. It's been a while since we've had a good old movement with breath vinyasa style class, so here it is. For me personally it's not so much about the sequencing and poses in these types of classes, but the connection to breath, matching movement with inhale and exhale, and dropping into that almost meditative state.
Lean on me
Short restorative class squeezed in before bed sound like a little of what you need? We use the support of the wall or sofa in this slow, calming, wind down. We work a little into potentially tense hips, aid the lymphatic system and circulation, and bring the nervous system back to base line to set us up for a deep sleep.

A light, bright, expressive class, that will hopefully leave you feeling more free in the body, more open in the chest and shoulders, and more lifted in your vibe(rations). We build up to moving with breath, and in a few different directions, to help shift the focus to the body, and out of the monkey mind.
