Anxiety 02 Grounding
The magic a ball under your foot can bring! Grab a tennis, massage ball or similar, we'll run through a few tools to bring focus back to our connection with the ground.
Roots In The Earth
For those moments when anxiety strikes and the mind is busy - a calming pranayama (breathwork) exercise followed by a grounding meditation / visualisation.
Phase 4 calm: A class on the opposite end of the scale to clearing out - here we focus on calming, gentle movements, sending a little energy up around the heart space as a pose to the downward focused movement of shedding.
A delcious hip focused class working through mobility, fluidity, warmth, and a deep stretch in the outer hip, glute and rotator area.
