These intuitive sessions will be created around your needs to help you feel nourished, nurtured, held, soothed and replenished. Perfect if you have read my other offerings and would like a mixture, or you're just not sure what you need and would like to explore. Held in the Cosy Cabin in Cilcennin, we can explore a blend of: ~ Breathwork ~ Somatic nervous system based practices ~ Myo fascial (tension) release ~ Cranio sacral relaxation therapy ~ Yoga, spanning movement, meditation and chakra work ~ Cycle support ~ Moon Wisdom ~ Tailored support and practices for peri menopause, recovery from surgery, chronic illness or conditions and emotional release. If all this is new to you, don't worry, we're are simply creating the most nurturing space possible for you to unwind. Cancellation Policy
Please reschedule if needed at least 72 hours before our appointment. The £15 paid at booking is non refundable. If payment has been made in full and you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, your payment is non refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
