Service Description

Take this opportunity each month to take a moment for yourself, and slow down. We'll first drop into breath and body, use calming tools to help ground us and allow our intuition to shine through. Each month will be themed around where the new moon is sitting in the sky. We'll shift into some prompts for reflection and intention setting for the month ahead, ending with a beautiful gratitude practice. You may land on a word for the month, or maybe a few words. Let it simmer, perculate, land. We'll move through it all, one step at a time, together. I can't wait to share this special practice with you, Bring a blanket, some cushions and a journal and pen. Available for replay if you can't make the time, or want to practice at your own pace. Included in the AWAKEN YOUR INTUITION membership or as a one off class.
