Lunar New Year Dream Weaving Retreat

Does anyone else feel new years is just a bit too soon for setting goals and making changes? I’d love for you to join me IN PERSON on Sunday the 26th January, close to Imbolc, and the Aquarius New Moon for a special day retreat. If you cannot make it in person, please scroll down to the bottom for an online option. Using this magickal time of year to get clear on: ~ How we want to FEEL through the seasons and year ahead. ~ What seeds of intention we wish to plant, from a place of self kindness and compassion. ~ How to create intentional space and time for how you would like the year ahead to look. ~ How to work with the magic of the moon & the seasons. Our day retreat will include: - Tension releasing therapeutic yoga to drop back into our bodies - Guided visualisation meditation for planting seeds of intention, with healing sound - Guided journalling to bring to life our intentional word for the year, and optional word for each new moon, plus initial actionable steps - Creating our own dream catcher from scratch, weaving in our hopes and desires as we create, materials provided - Learning about the power of living with intention and working with the moons phases and our inner cycles - Chef prepared lunch, herbal teas, organic coffee and nutritious snacks throughout - And of course, time for deep, nourishing rest Sunday 26th January 10.30am - 3pm Venue tbc Cost: £60 Please email Rachel at rachelharveyyoga@gmail.com with any questions.
