Service Description

A one to one session is so much more than a group class for one. There are endless techniques and tools we can work through on a one to one basis if you are; - In recovery from an injury - Want to focus on stress or anxiety relief, sleep support, nervous system regulation - Would like to work into cycle support and empowerment, peri menopause support - Other specific areas you would like to work on You can choose from the sliding scale options below, depending on your availability and budget. Every 1:1 session includes : ~ A review email post session, bullet pointing any tools or direction we discuss during the call ~ Personally selected pre recorded videos for you to complete in your own time ~ Continued support from Rachel via email or message 'Full Hour' A 60 minute call giving us enough time to drop into a full class, deep relaxation work with the nervous system, or a full review of your cycle. 'Deep Dive' A 90 minute call giving us the time to explore building a toolkit, or really focus in on one area.
