Service Description

A one to one session is so much more than a group class for one. There are endless techniques and tools we can work through if you are in recovery from an injury, would like to focus on stress or anxiety relief, sleep support, nervous system regulation, or other specific areas you would like to work on. If you aren't sure if one to one sessions are for you, I offer free 'tea break' chats - a 15 minute session via zoom where we can 'meet' and have a chat about what you might want from these sessions.
