This series has been created with inclusion and accessibility at the fore front of my mind.. these classes are for you if: - You are pre peri menopause and just curious about what may be to come - You are in the midst of struggling with menopausal symptoms - You are post menopausal - You are on HRT, have had a hysterectomy, or have experienced surgical menopause - You are experiencing relatively few or mild symptoms - You have never done yoga before or believe you aren't 'fit' or 'flexible' enough... (my eldest student is 91, you are perfect as you are) Every choice, every body, and every emotion, is welcome. It's never too late to learn more about the magic of our cyclical nature, dive into self discovery, explore your feminine intuition, and practice self kindness.
