Service Description

Restorative yoga, calming breathwork, and soothing meditation. Gentle guidance will be provided through out, with our intentions to be.. ~ To down regulate the nervous system ~ Drop into deep, healing and purposeful rest ~ To support our joints and release tension softly ~ To give ourselves space to rest, quality sleep and clarity of thought Available for replay if you can't make the time, or want to practice at your own pace.
