Service Description

We ease into some gentle movement to release tension in the body, with a focus on utilising a blanket to work into the fascia (connective tissue) along the back line and shoulders. Soothing our nervous systems with calming breathwork, we then give ourselves a little space in a guided meditation to process what has been, and what is, before dropping into deep rest, and a deeply replenishing nights sleep. A 60 minute tonic for feeling overwhelmed, overworked or over tired. Bring aaallll of the cushions, at least one blanket and anything else you might like to set your space. You will not only receive a deeply nourishing session, but nuggets of knowledge around your nervous system, what it means to self soothe and regulate, sensory connection, and the magic of our fascia, so you might want to bring a notepad too in case you feel called to note any insights down. * For those that can join live, there will be an added optional bonus of sharing where specifically you are feeling tension or discomfort, to ensure I incorporate some tools into the class specifically tailored for you. * Spaces limited to provide adequate attention Free with the Awaken your Intuition Membership or drop in pricing available below.
