Service Description

In this slightly spicier class we build strength around the joints and muscles, then building detailed knowledge about what certain stronger poses entail. A different focus each week, with elements of pilates style moves, lymphatic flows and raised heart rates. Open to all levels, but be prepared to feel a little fire! Please let Rachel know of any injuries or conditions before attending.
