It happens to us all, whether its stress from work or full blown rage at your partner, or the dreaded PMS, it's all part of our emotional spectrum. Shake it off, take a few breaths with me, and return to the issue at hand, perhaps a slightly less vibrant shade of red. We use two techniques called 'moon piercing breath' and 'sitali' here.
Trip Around the Sun
A light, bright, expressive class, that will hopefully leave you feeling more free in the body, more open in the chest and shoulders, and more lifted in your vibe(rations). We build up to moving with breath, and in a few different directions, to help shift the focus to the body, and out of the monkey mind.
Lower Back Length
A restorative style practice that might aid in soothing lower back pain, tightness or soreness. Low back pain can be so complex so we cover many bases in this class - a little nervous system calming, some gentle strengthening of the core and glutes, plenty of juicy lateral stretches and some softening release. You will need a chair, sofa or similar for this class.
