Nia and Rachel warmly and excitedly invite you to join them for The Soul Circle ~ a transformative day retreat, nestled deep in nature. Created to give you space to come home to yourself, with the helping hand of mother nature and sacred healing modalities. The Soul Circle An Autumn Equinox Retreat Sunday September 21st Plas Y Maes, nr Carmarthen _ Picture this ... After settling into our space with fresh herbal tea, we yawn the body awake with gentle breaths and embodied movement in the incredible geo dome, and set our intentions for the day. After a nourishing sweet treat we make our way through the healing herbal mandala garden, to sit in meditation amongst the ancient oaks with the sound of the stream as our backdrop. Heading back together we enjoy connection and laughter over a delicious shared lunch. Later we drop into a heart healing Cacao ceremony and circle around the quartz fire pit providing the medicine of being seen and heard. We weave our lessons of the day into a nature based equinox ritual before closing with a deeply relaxing meditation and restorative yoga session to help us drift back into a content state of rest. THE AUTUMN EQUINOX & NEW MOON: The autumn equinox is the middle point between the summer and winter solstices. It serves as a beautiful reminder to notice what feels out of alignment, and nurturing balance. It is also a special time for harvesting and appreciating all that the year has brought you, and releasing anything you don't wish to hold on to. Our day together will be closely followed by the new moon, perfect for cementing our intentions for the season ahead. We will be dropping into rituals to connect to and honour these energies. OUR SPECIAL VENUE: Situated just 15 minutes outside of Carmarthen, Plas Y Maes is a lovingly created eco retreat space that allows for healing of the soul. Consisting of 68 acres of woodland, streams, wildflower meadows and valley views, we both instantly fell in love with the intention and care that the space has been created with. Everything is in the shape of a circle. With both of us adoring our monthly circles and all of the medicine they bring, we could not have dreamed up a more perfect place. £80 early bird offer until August. £90 thereafter. Cancellation Policy
No refund available for group classes or workshops held via zoom. These will be recorded and the recording sent out within 24 hours for replay. For 1:1 sessions via zoom, please reschedule if necessary at least 48 hours before your appointment. Your appointment may need to be delayed to the following week. The deep layers immersion: Once you have booked there are no refunds issued. This is true of the 3 monthly payment plan. Once you have made the first payment you are hereby agreeing to make the following payments when they are due. All sessions will be available for replay, for as long as you need them.
