21 one days to be kind to yourself, learn how to celebrate yourself in a way that feels real, and explore self love. One of the main blocks I see with the women I work with is how much they value themselves, how worthy they feel of time for themselves, of rest, pleasure, service from others... myself included. Each week, we will dive into short daily practices, including somatic therapy, guided meditations, and journal prompts. Week One - Self Kindness: Navigating negative self talk, the inner critic and luteal tension. Exploring treating yourself like a friend, acts of kindness and receiving. Week Two - Self Celebration: Navigating keeping ourselves small, high standards and perfectionism. Exploring taking up space, celebrating small and big wins, taking the pressure off & supportive community. Week Three - Self Love: Navigating people pleasing, unworthiness and holding on to guilt. Exploring boundaries, pleasure and abundance!
