Coming from a place of encouraging growth within ourselves, focusing on possibility over rules, expansion over restriction, the long term journey over the quick fixes. I am sure I am not alone in feeling relieved we are nearing the end of the year of the snake, of shedding, transforming, difficult lessons and endings. Before we invite in the energies we want to see in 2026, we first must create space by releasing what is holding us back, keeping us small or no longer feels like it fits. In this special duo of TWO 90 minute sessions we will be; PART ONE - SHED - Settling our nervous systems with grounding practices - Reviewing the energy of 2025, the year of the snake - Reflecting on what feels ready to be released - Moving through a somatic practice to integrate this release PART TWO - SEEDS - Expanding our nervous system capacity with somatic practices - Diving into the energies of 2026, the year of the horse and new beginnings - Guided meditation to visualise our seeds of intention, focusing on how we want to FEEL - Setting intentions for the year ahead, perhaps landing on 1 or more words for the year - Exploring actionable steps on how we actually ground these intentions into reality We'll move through it all, one step at a time, together. Bring a blanket, some cushions and a journal and pen and a loose piece of paper. Option to make a cacao if thats your thing.
