Service Description
A deeply replenishing half day retreat. Imbolc ~ In the belly of the Mother ~ Celebrating a time of new beginnings with the first shoots of early Spring. What to Expect: ~ Weaving together gently awakening yoga and early spring themed meditations for deep rest and replenishment ~ A meditative nature walk through the secret garden ~ Honouring Brigid, the Celtic goddess of hearth, healing, and poetry, through offerings and ritual ~ Creating a Brigids Cross to take home, symbolising protection and blessings. ~ Nurturing our seeds of intention for the season ahead, creative journalling using the snowdrop as inspiration ~ Deep rest with healing sound and soothing scents Also Including ... Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 5 days prior of the event for a refund. If you cancel within 5 days of the retreat, Rachel / yourself can try to find a replacement for your spot, if successful you will be refunded minus a £3 booking fee. If not, a refund is not possible. If Rachel needs to cancel the event, a full refund will be offered.
