A deeply replenishing half day retreat. Imbolc ~ In the belly of the Mother ~ Celebrating a time of new beginnings with the first shoots of early Spring. What to Expect: ~ Weaving together gently awakening yoga and early spring themed meditations for deep rest and replenishment ~ A meditative nature walk through the secret garden ~ Honouring Brigid, the Celtic goddess of hearth, healing, and poetry, through offerings and ritual ~ Intention Setting - Nurturing our seeds for the season ahead ~ Creative journalling using the snowdrop as inspiration ~ Deep rest with healing sound and soothing scents ~ Circle time to be heard and held Also Including ... Calming herbal teas, nutritious snacks and sweet treats Oracle cards Essential oils Time to just be Ty Glyn Trust holiday cottage Ciliau Aeron Sunday 8th February 1.30pm - 6pm £55 early bird price available until 28th Jan. Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 5 days prior of the event for a refund. If you cancel within 5 days of the retreat, Rachel / yourself can try to find a replacement for your spot, if successful you will be refunded minus a £3 booking fee. If not, a refund is not possible. If Rachel needs to cancel the event, a full refund will be offered.
