To restore, renew & rest in the depths of winter. ~ Weaving together gentle restorative yoga and winter themed meditations for deep rest and replenishment. ~ Welcoming the light back in through ritual. ~ Planting seeds of intention for the cycle ahead, no action needed, simply getting quiet to hear the whispers of our soul. ~ A quiet tranquil place to reflect together on the year that has passed. The winter solstice is truly a sacred time to gather, Honouring the longest night of the year, Reflecting on what has passed, And welcoming in all that is yet to come. Cancellation Policy
No refund available for group classes or workshops held via zoom. These will be recorded and the recording sent out within 24 hours for replay. For 1:1 sessions via zoom, please reschedule if necessary at least 48 hours before your appointment. Your appointment may need to be delayed to the following week. The deep layers immersion: Once you have booked there are no refunds issued. This is true of the 3 monthly payment plan. Once you have made the first payment you are hereby agreeing to make the following payments when they are due. All sessions will be available for replay, for as long as you need them.
