Kind words from previous retreats
“Still glowing from the most magical weekend, yoga, connection, deep conversations, belly laughs, and moments of stillness that filled my soul. I left feeling empowered, seen and so grateful for the space we created together, here's to shared strength and healing, and the magic that happens when women come together."
"I have felt the most grounded and peaceful I have ever felt when I got home from the retreat, The energy and healing from being there has enabled me to fully embrace a weekend with my family celebrating my big birthday, It has been amazing and I am so grateful."
“It was amazing from start to finish, every little detail was thought about and you could tell Rachel had poured her heart and soul into it. Life is so busy that you never have a spare moment, this weekend was all about us and it felt amazing. Can't wait for the September one!”
Our Venue
We knew Mud and Wool was the perfect space for this retreat as soon as we arrived.
A cosy cottage with underfloor heating AND a huge log fire.
Held by the wild Welsh landscape around it.
Beautiful spaces to take our practices outside in nature like this willow archway and a grass spiral.
Even a stunning on site wood sauna and plunge.
We cant wait to share this special space with you.

Meet Your Facilitators
Both Lindsay and Rachel are trauma informed, nervous system led, practitioners and space holders.
They have a passion for blending the science and the sacred, with both in depth certifications and a deep connection to the unseen world.
They primarily serve women, of all ages and wanted to create an offering that took us a little deeper into the healing and empowerment available to us through this sacred connection of the inner temples.
Rachel will lead you through the womb yoga, somatic practices, nervous system tending, fascia release, and cacao ceremony.
Lindsay will lead you through the pelvic floor tending, sound healing, mantra and ritual.
Sharing with you the practices that have held so much for their communities and clients over the past 5 - 10 years.
You do not need any experience.
An online practice hub for integration and connection is also included in your ticket.

FAQs
Do I have to participate in all of the activities?
Absolutely not! Everything is there to take and leave as you wish. It is however quite important for the group that you make the opening and closing circles, the rest is up to you.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely! As I mentioned, it is always key to me that we are in a welcoming and inviting environment, whether you come with someone or alone.
Can I join if I have injuries or conditions?
Yes absolutely. Adaptations can be made where we need. Please contact Rachel about your exact requirements so we can ensure we can make it as comfortable as possible.
Will I get a refund if i cancel?
Due to the shorter timeframe of this retreat we cannot garauntee a refund. We will always do our best to fill the space, which we can work together with you on.
Do I need any experience?
Not at all. Many of our regular community only began yoga or attending circles just this year. You do not need to have been on a retreat before. My main pillar is to always create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
