This time of year may feel like a much more aligned time to vision, dream and set intentions than the depths of January did. How do you want this year to look and feel? What seedlings are you nurturing this spring to make that happen? What to Expect: ~ Somatic movement and embodied yoga to connect deeply to the root of our body. Focusing on freeing the space around our pelvis and wombs ~ Guided heart womb meditation to hear the voice of your inner wisdom ~ 'Gateway to the Sky' fascia and energy release around the throat chakra and neck tension ~ Cacao ceremony to open up the heart space to new possibilities ~ Creative journaling to bring our visions to life ~ A peaceful wander through the secret garden ~ Deep rest with sound to integrate ~ Ritual with plants & flowers to alchemise our intentions into being ~ Oracle cards, essential oils, and opportunities to share and connect in circle ~ Delicious lunch, herbal teas, coffee, cacao treats all included Lets Awaken into spring, natures new year, together x
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
In person classes, workshops and sessions must be booked and paid for in advance to reserve your space. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session, for a refund. Cancellations made after this time cannot be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
