Service Description
Have you been curious about starting yoga for a while but feel nervous walking into to room full of people that know what they are doing? Maybe you have been recommended to take up yoga by your doctor but don't know where to start? Or perhaps you are looking for a way to relieve stress and anxiety? You're in the right place! Many of my classes are gentle and 'beginner friendly', but I wanted to create an introductory class especially for the beginning of your journey. That way, everyone in the room will be at the same starting point as you. What we will cover in class: ~ Breath techniques for stress relief and recovery ~ Asana (movement) for tension release ~ Meditation for relaxation ~ and a little Philosophy based around self care In addition to this there is: ~ Small class numbers to give individual attention ~ A video library to practice at home, if you like ~ Recommendations for which classes and retreats to join based on what works for you, should you enjoy your sessions - which I believe you will!
