Service Description

Have you been curious about starting yoga for a while but feel nervous walking into to room full of people that know what they are doing? Maybe you have been recommended to take up yoga by your doctor but don't know where to start? Or perhaps you are looking for a way to relieve stress and anxiety? You're in the right place! Many of my classes are quite gentle and 'beginner friendly', but I wanted to create an introductory class especially for those of us who might feel anxious starting or returning. What we will cover in class: ~ Gentle breathing to calm our nervous system ~ Slow soothing movement for tension ~ Guided relaxation ~ Also ideal for those with limited mobility ~ Small class numbers Rachel is a trauma informed Yoga teacher, and qualified somatic anxiety coach.
