Lammas ~ the Personal Harvest The wheel of the year is turning yet again, to Lammas - the midway point between the summer solstice and the autumn equinox. A time of harvesting the bounties of everything you've put in this year so far. A moment to pause and drop into gratitude through ritual and reflection. Join me for an hour of somatic practices, meditation and journal prompts to allow you to see how far you have really come, and how that might shape the remainder of the season and year.

Cancellation Policy
No refund available for group classes or workshops held via zoom. These will be recorded and the recording sent out within 24 hours for replay. For 1:1 sessions via zoom, please reschedule if necessary at least 48 hours before your appointment. Your appointment may need to be delayed to the following week.
