In our busy day to day lives, we can end up feeling quite disconnected, from ourselves, our bodies, and the world around us. Join me for this special day retreat, honouring natures rhythms and the turning of the wheel of the year. I see these dates as a beautiful chance to hit reset. To take stock of the first half of the year. To reflect with self kindness and compassion. And to set or reconnect to our intentions for the journey ahead. Our focuses for the day: ~ Reigniting your inner spark ~ Exploring our passion, joy & purpose ~ Reconnecting to natures gifts ~ Expressing our truth & desires ~ Coming home to yourself ~ Manifesting what we want the second half of the year to look like. Our Schedule: ~ Embodied Yoga Flow ~ Chakra Based Guided Meditation & Visualisation ~ Mindful Walk through the Magical Secret Garden ~ Nourishing Grazing Table Lunch ~ Creative Printing Workshop using with the wonderful Ellie from Painted Palms (no experience needed!) ~ Your own personal Print to take home with you ~ Summer Solstice Fire Ritual ~ Soothing Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing for Deep Rest & Integration ~ Herbal teas, Organic coffee, and Heart opening Cacao Treats served throughout Spaces limited to 12 Sunday 22nd June Ty Glyn Holiday Cottage Ciliau Aeron (10 minutes from Aberaeron) 10.30am - 5pm Lunch included Dietary requirements catered to, please add to comments when booking Can't wait to share this with you at such a special time of year. Cancellation Policy
No refund available for group classes or workshops held via zoom. These will be recorded and the recording sent out within 24 hours for replay. For 1:1 sessions via zoom, please reschedule if necessary at least 48 hours before your appointment. Your appointment may need to be delayed to the following week. The deep layers immersion: Once you have booked there are no refunds issued. This is true of the 3 monthly payment plan. Once you have made the first payment you are hereby agreeing to make the following payments when they are due. All sessions will be available for replay, for as long as you need them.
