Service Description
*Rescheduled date* I’d love for you to join me IN PERSON on Sunday 22nd February for a special mini retreat morning based around the heart and self love. Many of us spend a lot of our time caring for and giving to others. Caring for ourselves and developing kindness and love towards ourselves often takes a back seat, and we are left feeling depleted or disconnected. We will be focusing on nourishing ourselves from this inside out. And as we say, we fill our own cup so we have the energy to fill others. Our mini retreat will include: - Tension releasing and heart opening yoga flow to drop back into our bodies - Cacao ceremony, drinking the sacred and raw form of chocolate - Guided visualisation meditation to bring us into the heart space - Self kindness work with optional journaling - Deep relaxation with sound, scents and self guided massage - Create a heart centred dream pouch - using a blend of dried flowers & essential oils to pop under your pillow for sweet dreams - Herbal teas, fruit, essential oils & oracle cards Sunday 22nd February 10am - 12.30pm Cilcennin Village Hall SA48 8RF Cost: £25 Please email Rachel at rachelharveyyoga@gmail.com with any questions. Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 5 days prior of the event for a refund. If you cancel within 5 days of the retreat, Rachel / yourself can try to find a replacement for your spot, if successful you will be refunded minus a £3 booking fee. If not, a refund is not possible. If Rachel needs to cancel the event, a full refund will be offered.
