Week 1 - 4:
- When to release and when to regulate, and which tools work best for your individual nervous system
- Your female physiology, where and how we hold fascial tension as women, & the importance of oxytocin for our hormones
- The key of community and co-regulation, healing the sister wound together in circle
- Our natural leaning toward Yin or Yang energies and how this can effect what practices and routines work for you
- Shifting needs through our menstrual phases and life phases, our cyclical window of tolerance
- How to love and accept your self, just as you are

- Bringing regulation practically, into your every day without adding more mental load
- How to expand our capacity for setting boundaries
- Taking action to create real change

a deeper look week by week
It can show up as crippling anxiety, or simply an inability to properly relax. For some of us sleep alludes us, others our hormones seem to be screaming ... it often all comes down to one thing.
How safe we feel in our nervous systems.
If our internal alarms are constantly ringing in the background, or if we are holding onto something from the past, feeling safe enough to fully experience rest, pleasure, joy and connection may feel incredibly challenging.
This isn't just another nervous system programme on tools for feeling calm. It's a deep dive into YOUR patterns, giving you the power to reclaim your body as your home,

Your inner sanctuary.
Week 1: REGULATE
Explore grounding tools for your nervous system, alongside the new moon eclipse, from a body based approach.
Discover what your safety cues feel like and how to self soothe, as well as the importance of oxytocin for women.
Week 2: RELEASE
Together we start to map our own individual nervous systems, identifying which patterns we tend towards, and learn how to discharge anxious energy from the body.
We also dive into tension in the female physiology.
Week 3: INDIVIDUALITY
Exploring where we naturally find ourselves on the Yin/Yang Parasympathetic/Sympathetic scale, with tools for balance.
We create our own personalised rituals to feel anchored in our inner knowing, our intuition and our sense of self trust.
Week 4: NURTURE
We start working with and nurturing our inner child, to explore why experiencing rest and calm may not feel accessible in our nervous systems.
Exploring the importance of boundaries as a socialised woman.
Week 5: CONNECT
Time to connect and share our experiences, celebrating wins, working through challenges, and co-regulate together.
WEEK 6: EXPAND
Finding the edge of what feels comfortable for real change and how to hold yourself through that. Exploring the states of expansion and contraction.
WEEK 7: ACTION
The steps you need to take to move from thinking about it to actually doing it.
How does mobilisation feel in your body? Is it paired with urgency or safety? We take micro step to close the gap.
WEEK 8: INTEGRATE
Arguably the most important part of the process.
Our third and final live community call, alongside reflective journal prompts and sharing inside the telegram chat.

Our community calls are at a range of times and days to give everyone the best chance of joining live.
These will be flexible to fit around the needs of the group.
All sessions will be recorded for replay so don't worry if you cant make it live.

What days & times are the live calls?

All calls will be recorded and ready for replay the next day.
Will I still get the same benefit from the replays?
Absolutely.
I personally find being able to pause and rewatch some of the deeper content of courses so helpful.
I will also be on hand via email and our support group for individual questions, reflections and connection.
Are there payment plans available?
Yes.
There is a 2 month payment plan available.
This means £125 to join, then one more payment of £125 by April.

Will it help with anxiety?
In short, absolutely yes.
Anxiety is so nuanced and different for everyone but this course is designed to nurture and support all sides of yourself.
As someone that has struggled with anxiety these practices have helped me immensely.
